Support & Assistance
When you volunteer with SALSA, you have all of our resources – trainings, mentors, staff support, and more – at your fingertips.
Attend a Training
SALSA offers CLE opportunities tailored to legal areas that impact indigent, vulnerable and at-risk members of our community. We offer CLE trainings throughout the year with the aim of preparing our volunteers to represent our neighbors in high-need legal areas such as landlord/tenant law, probate, divorce, quiet title and more.
Connect with a Mentor
Taking a SALSA case means that you’ll never be alone in your pro bono work. When you sign-up to take a case in an unfamiliar substantive area, we would be happy to match you with a mentor – a seasoned volunteer who can provide guidance and context for the legal issue at hand.
Call a Staff Member
SALSA’s attorney staff members are great resources for your pro bono case, and their knowledge and support is only one phone call or email message away. They are committed to answering your questions and pointing you to helpful resources throughout the life of your case, so don’t be shy – give them a call.
