SALSA’s Wills Clinic is a clinic for low-income communities. Income qualifications are required. Currently, SALSA only takes referrals from partner organizations for Wills Clinic clients. If you are referred to SALSA from one of our partner organizations, and you qualify for SALSA’s services, you’ll be paired with a group of volunteers to prepare, execute, and receive a simple estate plan.
The simple estate plan clients receive includes the following documents:
- Will
- Statutory Durable Power of Attorney
- Medical Power of Attorney
- HIPAA Authorization
- Directive to Physicians
- Declaration of Guardian
