SALSA Grievance Information and Form

NOTICE: The State Bar of Texas investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by Texas attorneys. Although not every complaint against or dispute with a lawyer involves professional misconduct, the State Bar’s Office of General Counsel will provide information about how to file a complaint by calling 1-800- 932-1900 toll free.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of legal services received or the way legal assistance was provided, you may file a written grievance with San Antonio Legal Services Association (SALSA). SALSA staff are available at all SALSA legal clinics to assist clients with filling out this form. Click here for a list of upcoming clinics.

All grievances will be reviewed by the Executive Director, or their designee, and a timely written response will be provided to the included contact information.
