A San Antonio homeowner is facing the possibility of losing her home after a long-running dispute with her HOA. She has a court date on October 6, 2026, and says this is now the sixth attempt by the HOA to foreclose on her property.

The client has not ignored the issue. She reports that she has repeatedly reached out to try to resolve her account and has kept emails and other written documentation of those efforts. At different points, she says she was told that her concerns were being reviewed and that she needed to wait for a response. While she waited, additional fees continued to be added to the account.

She describes a frustrating cycle of trying to get answers, being told to wait, and then learning that the account had continued moving forward as delinquent. After going through this process multiple times, she is now once again facing foreclosure and an upcoming court hearing.

The client is looking for an attorney who can review her HOA account, prior foreclosure attempts, fees, correspondence, and current court documents and help her determine what can be done to protect her home. With the October 6 hearing approaching, she urgently needs someone willing to step in and advocate for her.
